About this place
Tucked into Gate Village in DIFC, Galaxy Bar is a small, moody cocktail bar that won international acclaim soon after it opened in 2019. Its midnight-blue ceiling glitters with tiny fibre-optic lights inspired by the night sky over Athens. The menu follows the theme, with creative cocktails named after stars and constellations, made with real precision by a seriously talented team. Since being named the World’s 50 Best Bars “One to Watch” in 2020, it has appeared on the main list three times. It’s the place for a special night out: book ahead, dress smart, and sit at the bar to watch the team at work.
