Thea is a minimalist French-Mediterranean café and restaurant in Dubai Design District, open from breakfast to dinner. Mornings mean flaky croissants, French toast and specialty coffee (try the turmeric latte, or a 10 AED matcha on Mondays). In the evening, people come for the ribeye with unlimited fries. Big windows, a golden lift at the entrance and indoor or outdoor seating make it easy to stay for hours.
