قصر الحصن
Abu Dhabi's oldest stone building, where the city began.
The 18th-century watchtower and fort tell the story of Abu Dhabi from pearling village to capital, in a calm park in the middle of downtown.
Qasr Al Hosn began as an 18th-century watchtower guarding the island's only freshwater well, and grew into the seat of Abu Dhabi's rulers. Restored and opened as a museum, it sits in a landscaped plaza with the Cultural Foundation and the House of Artisans next door.
